An experienced team focused on one thing —
getting your money back.
“Yesterday €15,210 came in from the ICF — exactly 90%, TO THE CENT. Five months, a report every Monday like a watch log, NOT a single gap. My money moored up safe and sound.”
“Restitution ordered by the court, nearly 29 thousand euros back!!! I had left everything on that cursed VeneziaFX and the debts were crushing me, in my head the car was already half sold.”
“I had already got my eye on an old Ford, because with Silbern Digital bankrupt a new car was off the table.”
“Yesterday I finally ordered the new basins for the salon — the refit had been on hold for two years because a crypto lender had blocked my withdrawal. Through a settlement almost all the money came back.”
“I'm very grateful to the team. When the VaultX exchange went bankrupt, my segregated assets (around €310,000) were stuck.”
“court froze the accounts on the exchange, the lawyers pulled out my 80k. took longer than i thought but they got it all back. decent”
“I had dealings with Arbistar 2.0 and invested €22,977 there. Once the investigation began, the lawyers helped file an application for the distribution of the confiscated assets through a Spanish court.”
“When the director of the Lendora platform declared personal bankruptcy, I thought my 18,000 euros were gone for good.”
“The broker vanished with my money. Not a pleasant situation, but the team immediately found their way through the British compensation scheme and got me back the greater part of the sum.”
“My husband already thought the money from Fjordera was gone for good. 7,418.39 euros is a lot of money for our family, we wanted to replace the cow and redo the roof.”

Nothing. The first 30 minutes are free — enough time to give you a realistic assessment of your situation and your chances.
Usually within 12 hours on working days — sooner in urgent matters.
Yes. Our practice extends to clients across Europe: we correspond with CONSOB and foreign supervisory authorities — CySEC, the FCA, BaFin — regardless of where the client is based, and we bring claims before the Italian courts against foreign intermediaries in so far as European consumer-protection law allows. Where a case has to be brought before the courts of another country, we coordinate with trusted local counsel.
The fee is agreed in writing before any work begins: fees are freely negotiated under Italian law (art. 13(2)-(3), Law 247/2012) and the written estimate itemises charges, expenses and fee separately. On top of the base fee, a palmario may be agreed: an additional amount equal to 10% of the value of the matter, fixed when the engagement is signed and payable only if the outcome is favourable. The amount is therefore known from the outset and does not vary with how much is actually recovered — agreeing a percentage of the value of the matter is expressly permitted (art. 13(3)), whereas agreeing a fee consisting of a share of what is recovered is prohibited (art. 13(4)). State-funded legal aid is also available. Full details are on our fees page.
We follow a clear, transparent complaints procedure — every complaint is answered personally and within set deadlines. You can read more here: our complaints procedure.
